Eddie Le is a Founder and Managing Partner at Gravity Advisors with over 20 years of experience as a technology investment banker and entrepreneur. Eddie has partnered with a wide range of successful founders, delivering a bespoke experience to guide entrepreneurs through a transaction process. Eddie has an extensive background in M&A and strategic advisory work as an investment banker as well as leading corporate development teams at large software companies.
Additionally, Eddie serves on the Board of Directors of multiple successful technology businesses operating in various end markets. Eddie graduated in 2000 with a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College. Eddie maintains his FINRA Series 24, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses.
Eddie lives in California with his wife and two children. His son, Joshua, and daughter, Joey, are young soccer players and prolific artists. Thanks to them, he has the best Zoom background in the industry. Eddie was also a member of the 1997 undefeated Ivy League Championship Football team and has one championship ring.

Mike Kim is a Founder and Managing Partner at Gravity Advisors where he focuses on deal origination and execution of the firm’s investment banking activities. Mike has over 20 years of experience spanning M&A advisory, equity research, and corporate roles at firms including Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, and CDW, a $25 billion Fortune 500 company.
Throughout his career, Mike has worked closely with many leading venture capital and private equity firms on investment opportunities across the technology landscape. Mike is a winner of the “40 under 40” Emerging Leaders Award for deal-making by The M&A Advisor. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and is FINRA Series 63 and 79 licensed.
Mike resides in California and enjoys golfing, exploring new cities and countries, and spending time with his two kids. While Mike does not possess an Ivy League Football Championship ring like his co-workers, he did coach and lead his son’s kindergarten flag football team to the league championship in Spring of 2023.

Jeff Cruz brings over 20 years of specialized technology M&A investment banking expertise to his role as Managing Partner at Gravity Advisors. His responsibilities encompass deal origination, execution, and in-depth research.
Prior to joining Gravity, Jeff held key positions at prominent firms including SoundView Technology Group (later acquired by Schwab), Friedman Billings Ramsey (now part of B. Riley Financial), and JMP Securities (acquired by Citizens Bank), where he developed a deep understanding of adtech, marketing services, vertical software, digital media, and e-commerce sectors.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jeff is an avid gamer and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner.

Benjamin Hefter is a Vice President at Gravity Advisors, a boutique investment bank focused on sell-side M&A advisory for lower middle market businesses. He advises founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams on company sales, growth capital raises, and strategic transactions, primarily across software, tech-enabled services, and healthcare services businesses with enterprise values ranging from approximately $20 million to over $150 million.
At Gravity Advisors, Ben leads day-to-day execution across all phases of the transaction process. His experience includes transaction positioning, buyer and investor identification, financial analysis, preparation of marketing materials, management presentations, buyer outreach, diligence coordination, and negotiation support through closing.
Prior to joining Gravity Advisors, Ben worked in Corporate Development at SOLV Energy, an American Securities portfolio company, where he supported acquisition and strategic growth initiatives across the platform. Earlier in his career, he advised lower-middle-market companies on sell-side M&A transactions at Objective Investment Banking & Valuation. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
